        1. For under warranty units and extended warranty unit, kindly attach a xerox copy of your Warranty Card, Dealers Sales
            Invoice and Contract Certificate (Extended warranty only) in making warranty repair claims.
        2. No service schedule on legal holidays.
        3. Sunday schedule is available within Metro Manila area only.
        4. Repair fee and parts replacement cost will be quoted after our technicians has inspected you machine and determined the   
            cause of the defect.
        5. The user shall provide sufficient working space to access the appliance for maintenance. Otherwise, additional pull-out fee will
            be charge in case that there is a need to move the unit to a serviceable area and units that need to be shop in-house repair.
